In my talks I mention:
“A working Product that gets deployed on every change (commit+push)”
–> Yes to Production.
That means that every commit+push is Deployed to Production and Your Product still works. Or in other words, every change is Deployed to Production.
So… if you are doing Sprint 0, hardening iterations, late integration, manual testing that is automatable… then you are not there yet 🙂
An important ingredient to make this work is being able to distinguish between Deployed and Released.
